Eden Roc Cap Cana is the only Relais & Châteaux resort in the Dominican Republic and acclaimed for it's cuisine. Venturini is a veteran of Michelin-star restaurants throughout Europe, including Le Gavroche in London, he brings a Mediterranean approach to the ingredients found in Cap Cana’s crystalline waters, with a particular focus on sustainable food sourcing, ethical fishing methods, and “head-to-tail,” zero-waste menus.
Experience Venturini’s take on the cuisine of Vermont when he joins Chef Nathan Rich for a collaborative dinner at Twin Farms.
