The Dining Room
Hours of Operation:
Dinner: Nightly by reservation. Reservations are required and should be arranged in advance of your arrival with our Experience Curators. Seatings: 6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30 & 8:00 p.m.
*Beginning May 2025, the Dining Room will offer dinner service only during our Main House Kitchen expansion. All meal services will resume upon the project’s completion.
À la Carte Menu Our à la carte menu offers a variety of seasonally inspired hors d’oeuvres, classic entrées with a Twin Farms flare, and delicious desserts. Guests are welcome to select individual courses or mix and match to suit their preferences.
Multi-Course Tasting Menu Executive Chef Nathan Rich’s thoughtfully crafted tasting menu showcases the best of Vermont’s local farms and producers. Each course builds upon the last, highlighting fresh, seasonal ingredients in a creative culinary journey that showcases our chefs' gastronomic expertise. Food allergies will be considered throughout. Guests dining for multiple evenings will experience a slightly modified Tasting Menu from night to night.
There is no need to decide which menu you would like to enjoy in advance; your Dining Room server will ask at the beginning of service which you would like. Please note that each guest can choose their own culinary journey, they do not have to choose the same style menu.
Twiggs
Hours of Operation: *Beginning May 2025, Twiggs will feature all three meal services during the Main House kitchen expansion.
- Breakfast: Daily | Open seating from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Lunch: Daily | Open seating from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Dinner: Nightly by reservation. Reservations are required and should be arranged before your arrival with our Experience Curators. Seatings: 6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30 & 8:00 p.m.
Dinner reservations are required for both of our dining venues. As space is limited, we recommend securing your reservations in advance by contacting our Experience Curators by emailing 125@twinfarms.com or calling 802-234-9999.
