On March 10th, 2024, we embarked on another phase of our expansion of guest offerings here at Twin Farms. Collaborating once again with the design team at Michaelis Boyd, this project comprises a reimagining of the Main Dining Room, including the installation of more windows overlooking the South Terrace and Dorothy’s Gardens, all to be completed in late May. During that time, breakfast and lunch will be served at Twigg’s, while dinner will be available both at Twigg’s and in the Barn Room of the Main House, just adjacent to the Main Dining Room.
With these enhancements, our Culinary Team, led by Executive Chef Nathan Rich, Executive Pastry Chef Chris Wilson, and Chef de Cuisine Sylvain Courbet, will be introducing new options to the Dinner Menu in the Main House. Guests will now have the opportunity of choosing a Multi-Course Tasting Menu or from the new À la Carte Menu, created by our Executive Culinary Team.
À la Carte Menu
Beginning in May, an À la Carte Menu will complement the Tasting Menu offered at dinner in the Main House. Choose from a variety of seasonally inspired hors d’oeuvres, classic entrees with a Twin Farms flare, and delicious desserts, or mix and match as you please.
Multi-Course Tasting Menu
Executive Chef Nathan Rich’s multi-course Tasting Menu is inspired by the farms and ranches that are at the heart of Vermont life. Using the freshest ingredients, courses are curated to build on each other while highlighting the best of locally sourced produce. The Tasting Menu is your opportunity to let our Chefs share their gastronomic expertise from start to finish. Of course, food allergies will be considered throughout and guests dining with us for multiple evenings will enjoy a slightly modified Tasting Menu from night to night.
Twigg’s, our newest restaurant, watering hole, and after-hours hideaway, is a casual counterpart to the Main Dining Room. Guests can order familiar favorites off the À la Carte dinner menu, where steaks and chops are prepared over a wood-fired grill, and wines are selected by our in-house Sommeliers.
