Experience the innovative cooking of Chef Jiho Kim when he returns to Twin Farms for a collaborative dinner with the team on June 20. We will also welcome back Master Sommelier, David Keck to pair wine for this special evening.
Chef Kim, former Executive Pastry Chef at The Modern in New York, is now Executive Chef and Partner at Joomak Banjum, a Korean-Chinese fusion restaurant that recently received its first Michelin star. Bloomberg called Joomak Banjum one of New York’s best new restaurants of 2021. Chef Kim also served as Executive Pastry Chef at Gordon Ramsey in New York and at Boston’s L’Espalier.
David Keck is one of the world’s few Master Sommeliers and was named one of Food & Wine’s Sommeliers of the Year in 2016, . After making his name in Texas at acclaimed spots like Goodnight Charlie’s, Rosie Cannonball, and Uchi, he returned to his home state of Vermont in March 2020 to become a winemaker, leasing vineyards at Boyden Valley to produce organically grown, low-intervention wines.
Both Chef Jiho and David Keck were a big hit with guests in the past and we look forward to welcoming them back create something special alongside Chef Nathan Rich and his team.
